Your booking is confirmed when we confirm your date on WhatsApp. If you pay a deposit online, we confirm within 12 hours of payment.
Prices are in US dollars. Online prices include a booking and payment processing fee. You pay the deposit online and the rest in cash on the day. Entrance tickets to temples and sites are not included and are paid at each site.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are not refunded, but the deposit can be moved once to another day within 1 month. If we can't run your tour on your chosen date, we'll offer another date or refund your deposit in full.
If weather cancels your balloon flight, choose another morning or get your full deposit back. Midweek prices apply to Wednesday, Thursday and Friday flights only; moving to Saturday through Tuesday means paying the weekend price difference.
Balloon flights and paragliding are run by specialist operators, and their safety rules apply. Tell us before booking about any health or mobility issue that could affect your flight.
Please be ready at your pickup time. If you are late, we may not be able to hold the vehicle, guide or flight, and the deposit rules above apply.
